01Who you are contracting with
Powerstate is provided by the operator named in the imprint, who also grants the licence to use it, on the terms below.
02The game
The browser version is free to play and provided as it stands. No warranty is given that it is uninterrupted or error-free, and it may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability for injury to life, body or health, or for intent or gross negligence.
03What you may do with it
You may play it, for private and non-commercial purposes, on any device you control. You may not:
- resell, rent or redistribute the software;
- remove or circumvent attribution;
- claim the work as your own.
Recording and streaming your play, including monetised video, is expressly permitted and needs no separate permission.
04Availability and changes
The game is provided as it exists today. Updates may be provided but are not promised, and it may be changed or taken down at any time.
05Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation (one whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible and on whose observance you may routinely rely), and then only up to the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Liability under the Produkthaftungsgesetz is unaffected. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not limited by these terms.
06Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
